• The assessment is designed for nonprofit organizations who provide direct services in Davidson County. Priority is given to providers of youth, mental health, or violence prevention.

• Ideal org size is 20–100 staff (including part-time).

The assessment is developed and administered by The Brilliant Lead LLC, through its initiative Worker Thriving Co. The Brilliant Lead manages all tech, reminders, and staff support throughout the process.

No. When data is presented to The Healing Trust, it will be de-identified and aggregated across all participating organizations to inform a regional insights report.

All participating organizations receive a Basic Insights Report at no cost, which highlights your organization’s top three findings with accompanying recommendations for action.

Organizations that choose to upgrade to the Full Report ($300) will receive a deeper analysis that includes:

• Data breakdowns by staff tenure, age, and supervisory status
  

• Comparison of supervisor vs. non-supervisor experiences
  

• Question-by-question results showing detailed patterns and themes
  

This expanded report provides leaders with a more nuanced view of staff experiences and supports strategic decision-making around culture and wellbeing.
